About this section

As you take a left turn at the conerete cross roads, and into a two-user driveway, you travel through native bush for several hundred meters you come to a large prepared house site with an elevation of 140 meteres above sea level (approx). At the entrance to the house site you are greeted by the rock wall over 50 meters long. On from the wall you will find planted native plants - as a back drop to the house site. Above that is native bush. The front of the house site has also been planted out in native plants. The building site is right in the middle of native bush, a large area of which goes with the site. We call this the bush block. There is a creek running through the valley of the site. There are several wide view shafts among the native bush clad hills. One goes east out towards Whananaki area to ocean views, and in the foreground is Elizabeth reef. Looking north and north-east you also have broad ocean views, and you can see the four islets and rocks down near the beach which provides an extreme sense of privacy. www.rwwhangarei.co.nz/WHC38443
