What is a house and land package?
A bare section bought and a build contracted on it, priced as a single turnkey total. Devlin Property pairs each Northland section on this site with Devpro 2, 3, and 4-bed plans so the section + build total is visible before you commit.
Is it cheaper to build or to buy existing in Northland?
