Who we are
This site is operated by Devlin Property, a Northland-based property development company. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Devlin Property; “you” means anyone using the site.
What the site does
The site displays section and house-and-land listings across Northland and Auckland north of the Harbour Bridge, alongside information about building a high-performance DEVPRO home. It’s an information and enquiry tool — it isn’t an offer to sell property, and using it doesn’t create any contract to buy, sell, or build.
Listings are indicative — verify before you commit
Many listings shown here are sourced from third parties (real-estate agencies and public listing portals), and the analysis we layer on top — zoning, parcel boundaries, hazards, services, build-cost estimates, feasibility figures, and the like — is generated from public data sources and modelling. It is provided for general guidance only.
- We don’t guarantee that any listing or figure is accurate, complete, current, or still available.
- Prices, areas, boundaries, zoning, and services can change or be wrong.
- Any cost, feasibility, or investment estimate is an indication, not advice or a quote.
Always verify the details with the listing agent, and seek your own legal, financial, and professional advice, before making any decision or commitment. We are not the selling agent for third-party listings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract listings or data except as permitted by our robots policy.
- Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or interfere with its operation or security.
Enquiries and bookings
When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you’re entitled to provide them. We handle the information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy. Booking a consultation doesn’t commit either of us to anything beyond the conversation itself.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and the Devlin Property and DEVPRO names and branding are owned by us or our licensors. DEVPRO is a trade mark of Devlin Property. You may view and share listings for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding for other purposes without our permission. Third-party listing content and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites (for example listing agents and mapping providers). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site or its content, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Where you deal with us as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can’t be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content — including any decision made in reliance on a listing or an estimate. You use the site, and any information on it, at your own risk.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when these terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
