About this section

As you drive through the established Totara plantation you will come to a fully landscaped area with native plantings and mown lawns. You will see mature Puriri and Totaras and other native species ahead of you as you drive up to the house site.

There is a very large prepared house site with a lawned western boundary and on the southern boundary is a rock wall over 50 meters long. There is a mature Puriri tree in the south-west corner of the house site, and the front of the building site is planted with native shrubs.

This site can see down to the Whananaki estuary, harbour and bar and also has wide ocean views out towards Tutukaka point and the Poor Knights.

www.rwwhangarei.co.nz/WHC38444
