Price reduced. Reasonable offers considered 34 Taranga Rd is a vacant section of 1038sqm (more or less) which has quite a portion in grass, with mature native bush at rear. Standing on the ground, there are sea views to offshore islands. If you build higher than single story, you can enjoy more sea views. Owned by the same family since the titles were created in 2007, now being sold as the last property of a deceased estate sale. This is your chance to buy a section that is a very close walk to the beach. No covenants on this site (council rules still apply). Power, town water, town sewerage all to site - relevant connection fees will apply (and need to be paid) when you want to connect. Easy walk to the sand. 90-min drive (ex Auckland) will have you at your property, located at one of Northland's most picturesque white sandy beaches. Pohutukawa's line the foreshore, majestic trees which add a crimson flare of colour during early summer months. Somewhere for shade on a hot day, also an excellent place for young ones to try out their climbing skills (under parent supervision of course). Walking trails, golf and other activities also close at hand for those who want more than fishing, swimming, surfing, diving, rock pool exploring or simply lying in the sun. Be quick to express your interest though, as sites this close to beach and with no covenants are hard to find.
