About this section

As you drive onto this site, you will see landscaped areas which run into and over the rock wall 70 meters long (approx). This prepared house site has an elevation of 230 meters above sea level (approx) and backs onto the rock wall which runs north-west (approx). This rock wall is majestic, it rolls aound in an arc and forms a back drop to the building site. There is also a dedicated shed site behind the rock wall. (this is the only site available with a dedicated shed site).

At the front of the house site you will find some mature natives. The land drops down to a naturally grassed area. When you drive around the rock wall, you do a hard turn right where there are buns, landscaped with native trees - this is the western side of the house site. You will do a hard right hand turn and drive up behind the rock wall by the stand of Totara trees. This area is elevated from the house site and there is mowed grass.

The views from this site are east, south-east and southerly. It has rural coastal views which includes Whananaki Estuary and settlement, Whananaki South beach and the Otamure beach and DOC camp. The ocean views are of the Tutukaka coastline, the Poor Knights, Breamhead and the notable rocks and reefs.

www.rwwhangarei.co.nz/WHC38449
